In April, Dan Phiffer, Thomas Duc, Mushon Zer-Aviv, and I created ‘You Are Not Here: Baghdad, NY.’ This is a tourist mash-up of Baghdad, Iraq and New York, NY, which is played using a map and your cell phone in order hear audio tours of Baghdad sites. The game was featured in Conflux 2006 and the Come Out & Play Festival. It was presented at Ars Electronica 2006, and the Upgrade International in November 2006.
